Increasing Click Rate through Email Campaign Redesign
Broderick Group manages email campaigns for 80+ office and industrial/flex properties and sends about fifteen emails weekly to tenant rep brokers. As one of the managers of the email campaigns, I noticed that while the open rates usually range from 40 - 70%, the click rates only range from 0 - 3%.
After analyzing the data from last quarter’s campaigns, I selected four email campaigns to redesign to determine if the click rates would increase. As a result, clicks increased for all four email campaigns from 5.9% to 20%.
