• Updated the design of the report for a fresher, more modern look that aligned with the brand guidelines

• Collaborated with brokers to finalize the narrative copy, graphics, and relevant images

Media Outreach

• Managed a list of journalists from local media outlets, including Puget Sound Business Journal, Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce, The Registry, The Seattle Times, and more

• Released the full, completed market report to journalists at the top of each quarter to increase opportunities for press mentions related to the local CRE markets

• Tracked all press mentions in a running spreadsheet and on the Broderick Group website to improve SEO
