Similar to how Broderick Group develops a quarterly market report for their clients, I took the initiative to develop a quarterly marketing strategy to present to the team. Every quarter, I plan out and present a marketing strategy to increase traffic to Broderick Group’s digital channels and highlight the team’s authority in the Puget Sound commercial real estate industry.

In the past, these presentations have included charts and graphics with data explaining website, SEO, email and social media analytics. However, to cut down on simply presenting the numbers, I’ve pivoted to determining quarterly goals based on the most recent data. This allows the team to gain insight on our current marketing strategies and planned tactics for improvement over the following quarter.
