PROJECT OVERVIEW
At Broderick Group, I proactively developed a quarterly marketing strategy presentation series to bring clarity, direction, and data-backed insights to our digital efforts. While not all strategies were implemented due to shifting internal priorities, these presentations served as a strategic framework to align our digital goals with real-time performance data.
Each quarter, I analyzed digital channel performance — including website traffic, SEO rankings, email campaign metrics, and social media engagement — and identified opportunities for improvement. Rather than simply reporting numbers, I pivoted toward outcome-driven planning, using this data to set measurable goals and suggest actionable tactics for the upcoming quarter.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Initiated and owned the quarterly marketing planning process, inspired by the firm’s own quarterly client reporting practices
Transformed raw data into digestible visuals, charts, and summaries to facilitate cross-team understanding
Shifted presentation style from metric reporting to strategic planning, focusing on performance-based goal setting
