Timeline: August 2023 - Ongoing

Broderick Group launched its new website in August 2023. The website was designed by Kristi Calaunan, developed by Dapper & Associates, and I assumed the management of all search engine optimization responsibilities. Unfortunately, the previous website design was limited in SEO capabilities so there was no data to compare to the new website. But I used this to my advantage to start from scratch with optimizing each webpage prior to launch.

To drive increased traffic to the Broderick Group website, three key strategies were implemented.

  • Search Engine Optimization involved using Google Search Console to develop targeted keywords for each webpage, including the main navigation, team bios, and property listing pages, all organized in a reference spreadsheet.

  • The Broderick Bulletin, a rebranded bi-weekly email marketing campaign, was designed to highlight company news and updates related to clients and represented properties, directing recipients back to the website.

  • Social media posts featured market news articles mentioning Broderick Group, its clients, or represented properties, with links directing followers to the website, further increasing traffic and engagement.
