CONCEPT SUMMARY

This campaign concept was created to show how I lead strategic, culturally aligned product launches for beauty brands that center Black women and women of color. LAUNCH MODE includes a full-service approach, from email strategy and content creation to influencer outreach and press pitching.

  • Pre-launch landing page with early access opt-in

  • Email series (teaser, education, launch, post-purchase)

  • Instagram content calendar and creative direction

  • Influencer brief and gifting strategy

  • PR plan with targeted press release and pitch list

Campaign Timeline

  • Weeks 1 - 2: Pre-Launch Hype

    Teasers on IG & TikTok, publish early access landing page, launch email sequence, influencer packages shipped

  • Weeks 3 - 4: Soft-Launch / Early Access

    Early access opens to waitlist, influencer content goes live, UGC begins to trickle in, email sequence continues, Instagram educational content, paid social for conversion-focused ads

  • Week 5-6: Full Launch & Post-Purchase

    Public launch email blast, announce bundle promos, email sequence continues, review requests, testimonial content, roundup of influencer features and press mentions

SUMMARY

This campaign was designed to generate buzz, build trust, and convert a highly engaged audience, without the over-promising and under-delivering that the beauty industry has too often done to Black women. I specialize in building inclusive, strategy-led campaigns that don’t just “check the box”, they create moments.
