This campaign concept was created to show how I lead strategic, culturally aligned product launches for beauty brands that center Black women and women of color. LAUNCH MODE includes a full-service approach, from email strategy and content creation to influencer outreach and press pitching.

This campaign was designed to generate buzz, build trust, and convert a highly engaged audience, without the over-promising and under-delivering that the beauty industry has too often done to Black women.
