GRAPHIC DESIGN & EVENT MARKETING
Seattle Fashion Week 2015
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Seattle Fashion Week returned after a four-year hiatus, relaunching under new ownership and the support of a passionate volunteer team. Planning began in Fall 2014 with the goal of re-establishing the event as a premier fashion experience in the Pacific Northwest. As the Graphic Designer, I played a key role in shaping the event's visual identity and marketing presence for its highly anticipated four-day comeback in June 2015.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Designed marketing materials, including event flyers, digital ads, social graphics, and event programs
Developed visual branding for the runway shows and trunk show to reflect the diversity of designers
Worked closely with the social media team to deliver on-brand visuals that elevated event promotion
Coordinated with vendors to ensure design deliverables met print production standards
Supported event production with on-site graphics and directional signage
NOTABLE HIGHLIGHTS
Featured designers included Project Runway Season 11 winner Michelle Lesniak, South African designer Thoki Tafani, and Seattle's own Justin Zachary Bartle
