Broderick Group Quarterly Market Reports

Broderick Group publishes market reports on the Eastside, Seattle, and Industrial commercial real estate markets every quarter. These reports include snapshots of statistics, overviews of the past quarter, and a forecast of the upcoming quarter. These reports are truly a team effort; everyone is involved in either the copywriting, data analysis or report design/organization process.

Once the reports are complete they are either confidentially shared with clients or shared publicly (depending on the vote of the partners). As the media contact, it is also my responsibility to share the public reports with local media outlets.
