Beyoncé Rodeo Glam Saloon Bus: A VIP Mobile Beauty & Bar Experience Concept

Concept Project for Experiential Marketing course at The New School

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Rodeo Glam Saloon Bus is a luxury mobile activation concept designed for Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour, offering VIP guests a one-of-a-kind beauty and spirits experience before each concert. The tour bus, transformed into a modern-meets-vintage Western saloon, houses a Cecred hair styling station and SirDavis whisky bar, with exclusive Ce Noir scented moments and a Golden Hour photobooth for social content creation.

This activation was designed to elevate the concert experience while reinforcing brand equity for Beyoncé’s beauty and lifestyle brands.

PROJECT GOALS

  • Drive brand immersion for Beyoncé’s beauty and lifestyle lines through direct fan engagement.

  • Create a premium, shareable experience that generates organic buzz and reinforces VIP loyalty.

  • Build a multi-sensory environment aligned with the Cowboy Carter aesthetic.

  • Showcase the power of experiential storytelling in music, fashion, and beauty marketing.
