PROPERTY FLYER DESIGN
Commercial Property Flyer Design for Leasing & Marketing
The highlighted property flyers (below) were designed to support leasing teams with clear, visually compelling materials that make complex availability easy to understand at a glance. My approach balances strong graphic design with practical usability for brokers, owners, and prospective tenants.
Each flyer begins with a content audit to identify the most important leasing information, including available suites, square footage, views, and building amenities, then organizes that information into a clear visual hierarchy. The goal is always fast comprehension without sacrificing polish.
Key Elements for Each Flyer
A concise, available space summary for quick reference
An “At a Glance” section with linked floor plans for easy navigation
Annotated building imagery when possible, highlighting available floors or suites to help prospects visualize views and location within the building
Detailed floor plans with all relevant space information clearly labeled
Broker contact information with direct email links to reduce friction
Amenities and commuter maps to reinforce location advantages
Core building information presented cleanly and consistently
Design decisions, including typography, color usage, spacing, and iconography, are guided by the property’s positioning and the brokerage team’s branding standards. Flyers are built to function both as standalone PDFs and as digitally linked documents, allowing users to move seamlessly between availability lists, floor plans, and supporting materials.
The result is a set of marketing tools that feel polished, intuitive, optimized for MLS, and designed to help brokers spend less time explaining and more time closing.
