Fashion Week at The Bellevue Collection 2018: Posh Party Trend Show
I think all of my excitement during IDRS wore me out. So when it came time to get dressed for the next fashion show, I was a little beat. But I slipped on a simple H&M dress, glammed it up with some accessories and headed back to Bellevue for the Posh Party Trend Show.
After forcing myself to take another photo (I'm not a fan of being in front of the camera), sipping a glass of cabernet, and meeting some new people like Julia Amodt of Style and Cheek, I happily took my front-row seat for the show to begin. This show, hosted by Monica Hart, 425 Magazine Lifestyle Contributor, focused on curated looks segmented into nine different categories, including Disco Ball, On The Range, Garden Variety, Suit Yourself, and Technicolor Dream.
The pieces were selected from different stores in The Bellevue Collection shopping area like Zara, J.Crew, Macy's, GUESS, Banana Republic, and my favorite, although I haven't shopped there in a while, Express. Here are a few of my favorite looks.
The event also served as a fundraiser for Bellevue Lifespring. One hundred percent of the ticket sales from this sold-out event were donated to the Eastside-based non-profit organization to help assist children and families in the Bellevue area. The total amount raised was $50,000.I didn't stay too long after the show since I had a super early morning ahead of me with the Nordstrom Bellevue Fall Beauty Trend Show, but I did manage to treat myself to a chocolate dessert before I left.
