goop Pop-In @Nordstrom
Isn’t Nordstrom just the best?! Their latest stroke of genius was hosting a book signing with the one and only Gwyneth Paltrow to celebrate the opening of the new goop Pop-In@Nordstrom pop-up shop. The pop-up is only available in a few Nordstrom locations across the country, but of course, we’re lucky enough to be close to the flagship store where all the magic happens!
The event happened this past Friday on the third floor and started around 2 p.m. We arrived to find a swarm of people surrounding the shop trying to get a view of the Academy-Award-winning actress. Attendees were required to purchase at least one of her books, our favorite being Goop Clean Beauty (the other book options were It’s All Easy, It’s All Good, and My Father’s Daughter), before jumping in the line stretched out around the entire floor. The line moved fairly quickly and before we knew it, we were standing in front of Ms. Paltrow, the loveliest celebrity on the planet!
After being starstruck, everyone had the opportunity to browse the pop-up shop and purchase some fabulous beauty, health, and fashion pieces (an adorable polka-dotted VOORAY Roadie Water-Resistant Duffle Bag got to come home with us!). Overall, the event was very organized and worth the wait.
